Frequently Asked Questions FOR GUESTS

You will receive check in instructions on the morning of your check in date. Your key will be located in the lockbox at the location of your room and the code will be sent across to you. Each key will have a fob with the room numbers written on there to be clear.

If you are staying in Bournbrook there is free on street parking,

If you are staying in North and Dale, there will be free on street parking from 5pm until 9am and free on weekends.

There is also a free car park to use located in front of the Aldi car park on Dale road.

Please use the controller on the radiator to turn up to 5 when you want the radiators to warm up and you can adjust this accordingly. 

In order to the turn the bathroom radiators on please use the switch located outside the bathroom.

There is free washing machines and dryers to use in all our properties located in the downstairs communal areas.

There will be a sheet in your room either on your desk or door with the WIFI details written on there. The routers are located in the staircases on North road Studios if you need to connect to another network.

Please email maintenance@staysa.co.uk with information on the issue at hand and images with your availability so we can send our contractor out. Please note our contractors are available from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday and 9am - 3pm on Saturday.
